Inside Warsha OS

JOB LIFECYCLE

Every job tracked to a signed handover.

Jobs move from intake through work in progress to completion with status, staff and parts booked against the work — and finish as a signed, tamper-evident record.

  • Status, assignee and time on every job
  • Billing drawn from the job itself
  • Signed, tamper-evident completion

PARTS & INVENTORY

The records match the shelf.

Live stock with minimum thresholds and audited adjustments; parts are booked atomically against jobs, so counts stay true.

DOCUMENTS & SEARCH

Paperwork that files itself.

Scans pass through OCR and become searchable records — in Arabic and English — next to vehicles, drivers, orders and inventory.

  • OCR in Arabic and English
  • Full-text search across the workshop
  • Nothing lives in a drawer

Capabilities

What Warsha OS does.

Job lifecycle tracking

Every job moves from intake through work in progress to signed handover — status, assigned staff and parts booked against the work.

Parts and inventory

Live stock with minimum thresholds and audited adjustments. Parts are booked atomically against jobs, so the records match the shelf.

Vehicle and driver records

Full technical sheets, mileage history and instant lookups replace folders of paperwork at the bay door.

Search and documents

Scanned paperwork is read automatically and filed as searchable records. Full-text search spans documents, vehicles, orders and inventory.

Bilingual by design

English and Arabic throughout — layout, dates, currency and sort order. Arabic is a first-class interface, not a translation layer.

Roles and audit trail

Role-based access separates the floor, the warehouse and the office, and every change is written to an audit log.

Warsha OS is an operating system for workshops and the fleets they maintain. Most workshops still run on paper forms, spreadsheets and memory — jobs slip, parts drift and records go missing. Warsha OS puts jobs, parts, vehicles and people in one place.

Every job is tracked from intake to handover: status, assigned staff, parts booked against the work and time spent. Completion produces a signed, tamper-evident record, and billing is drawn from the job itself, so the paperwork matches the work that was done. Inventory follows every part in and out with minimum-stock thresholds and audited adjustments.

The rest of the paperwork joins the system too. Uploaded documents and scans pass through an OCR pipeline and become searchable alongside vehicles, drivers, orders and inventory — in Arabic and English alike. Role-based access keeps the floor, the warehouse and the office each seeing what they need, and an audit trail records every change.
