Locked-down fleet
Boxes run in kiosk mode and cannot leave VIZOBOX; staff unlock with a code. One dashboard reboots devices, pushes messages and rolls out updates to every room.
VIZOBOX is an IPTV and guest-services platform for hotels. It replaces the usual patchwork of in-room systems — television, information channels, guest requests — with one platform the property controls. Guests see a single branded interface in their language; the operator manages a single system.
The guest side is complete: live television that changes channels in under 1.5 seconds, an on-demand movie library with posters and descriptions in Arabic and English, the room-service menu on every screen, and hotel information and messages. Live TV travels from the satellite gateway over the hotel's own network — it does not depend on the internet, so an outage never darkens a room.
The operator side is one console. Branding, channel line-ups, movie library and menus are configured per property and updated remotely. Devices run in kiosk mode — they boot into VIZOBOX and cannot leave it — and pair with a short code at reception. One server carries up to 500 rooms; a second property gets its own server, fully isolated.
VIZOBOX serves hotels and hospitality groups that want in-room technology to match the standard of the property, owned outright rather than rented per room per month. It is engineered, hosted and secured by NABAD GROUP.
