IPM — Integrated Property Management — is an administration platform for property owners and managers. Portfolios of units, tenants, contracts and payments are commonly spread across files, notebooks and phone messages; listings sit in one tool, leases in another. IPM holds the whole lifecycle in one structured system.
Owners, buildings, units and tenants are recorded once and linked to each other. Contracts carry their terms, due dates and renewals; payments are tracked against them, and outstanding balances are visible at any time. Reports show occupancy, income and arrears per building or across the portfolio.
Beyond day-to-day administration, IPM covers land parcels with boundary mapping and ownership history, runs live auctions with real-time bidding and server-side validation, and gives tenants their own portal — a digital tenant ID, payment history and maintenance requests in one place.
IPM serves property owners, managers and investors in Iraq. It is engineered, hosted and secured by NABAD GROUP.
